A sixth form social action pathway

A case study by Anne Draper, Youth Social Action Apprentice at City of Bristol College and Weston College.

At Weston College, A Level students complete an hour each week of an
additional study pathway, to give them the opportunity to develop different skills and share experiences to enhance their progression onto either higher education or employment.

This year for the first time there is a Youth Social Action Pathway. In line with the six principles of high-quality Youth Social Action, Anne Draper, Youth Social Action Apprentice, and Nicola Stent, sixth form lecturer worked with the learners to facilitate the YSA pathway.
