- Introducing AoC's Early Career and Experienced Middle Managers Programme
Introducing AoC's Early Career and Experienced Middle Managers Programme
Following the release AoC's recent report around training and sustaining middle leaders in FE, we have worked closely with a group of trainers to develop an affordable programme to support those both early on and experienced in their middle management career.
Read the report here
The programme consists of 3 core modules and is designed for middle managers, both new and experienced, to develop their skills and competencies.
- Module 1: The critically reflective manager
- Module 2: Managing people and performance
- Module 3: Resilience and wellbeing
In addition to the core units, we have four optional modules which colleges can choose to add on to their programme.
