- T Level Professional Development (TLPD) Offer
T Level Professional Development (TLPD) Offer
AoC is working in partnership with the Education and Training Foundation (ETF) to deliver elements of the T Level Professional Development (TLPD) offer funded by the Department for Education.
The TLPD offer ensures that providers are equipped and comfortable with teaching T Levels from the very start of the qualification. Primarily, it is aimed at providers, and their staff, who have already started delivery of T Levels, or who are due to start delivery.
The TLPD offer includes a range of opportunities to collaborate, such as Networks and T Level Resource Improvement Projects (TRIPs). Networks are available for those delivering T Levels or preparing to deliver T Levels. These are designed to provide support, guidance and the sharing of good practice amongst providers and cover the following themes: Curriculum, Industry Placement, Schools and Assessment. TRIPs are an opportunity for providers and other stakeholders to work together to produce resources that will support the planning and delivery of T Levels. They are offered to the sector as pre-agreed projects that will produce specified resources to support teaching, learning and assessment for T Levels.
Upcoming Term 1 Sessions:
• Curriculum Impact Network – Reflections: 19 Nov 2025, 3:30 pm
• Curriculum Impact Network – Assessment: 28 Nov 2025, 12:30 pm
• Curriculum Impact Network – English, Maths & Digital: 3 Dec 2025, 3:30 pm
• Schools Spotlight Network – Employer Engagement: 10 Dec 2025, 3:30 pm
• Route Exchange Network – Early Years & Education: 12 Dec 2025, 12:30 pm
Mark these dates in your diary and keep an eye on the ETF Website for booking details here. Or for more information contact TLPD@aoc.co.uk
T Level Resource Improvement Projects (TRIPs)
TRIPs are an opportunity for providers and other stakeholders to work together to produce resources that will support the planning and delivery of T Levels.
TRIPs are suitable for teachers, managers, and specialist staff and can also benefit from the involvement of wider stakeholders such as employers, Awarding Organisations and Higher Education Institutions.
TRIPs are available as pre-agreed projects that will lead to the development of resources to support teaching, learning, and assessment for T Levels.
Providers involved in the delivery of T Levels are eligible to apply. Projects are funded to support staff capacity.
Two roles are available to apply for per TRIP:
Resource Producer- Responsible for creating the resources in collaboration with the Resource Advisor. Funded at £10,000 per TRIP
Resource Advisor- Provides guidance and curriculum expertise to shape the initial scope of the TRIP. You will inform and contribute to the development of the resources and review and pilot them at regular intervals. Funded at £3,000 per TRIP.
Resources
The latest T Level Resource Improvement Projects (TRIPs) are now available for you to use.
We have a wide range of T Level resources to add to those created from previous TRIPs, including lesson plans, assessment materials, schemes of learning, and more.
