The College are achieving and maintaining consistently impressive outcomes, and their income has recently grown by around £3m, in line with increased student numbers and a broader, more innovative curriculum offer which meets the needs of local and regional stakeholders. The College are seeking a new Quality Manager will foster an ethos of continuous improvement across the college. They will lead on academic progress, assessment practice, learner voice, quality assurance, standards, and improvement strategies relevant to the FE sector. They will work collaboratively with their team and colleagues across college, taking forward the college’s strategic aims.
