The Association of Colleges encompasses around 120 professionals who are passionate about the work of our member colleges and are committed to getting the best for them, their staff and students. We have established ourselves as the representative body for colleges through the commitment to our values: integrity, passion and challenge. Our employees pride themselves on the integrity they bring to their work both individually and as an organisation. They believe in colleges' ability to transform individual lives through education. They come to work knowing they can make a difference by supporting, representing and promoting colleges.
Our member services span policy development, advice, advocacy, events and networking and we have many varied and interesting job roles in these areas.
