We are now seeking a new Director of Inclusion who will work closely and report to the Vice Principal, Curriculum & Student Experience, to develop and grow the support and opportunities provided to students. As part of the Senior Management Team, you will focus on reducing barriers, promoting equity and improving outcomes for all learners. You will support the development and delivery of strategic objectives and associated action plans that are designed to secure the future viability, growth and development of the college. Additionally, you will provide coaching, mentoring, and performance management for heads of department.
