Clifton College is an independent co-educational establishment with an Upper School, Preparatory School, Pre-Preparatory School and a sixth form. Clifton College Upper School accepts students aged 13-18 and the Pre and Preparatory Schools accommodate students aged 2-13. They employ approximately 700 staff in a wide range of roles including management, teaching and support staff.
The are seeking to appoint a highly motivated and skilled Human Resources Director who, as a member of the College’s Senior Executive Team (SET), will be responsible for leading the Human Resources team and developing the College Human Resources strategy. The post holder will also be expected to contribute to the strategic development and overall operational effectiveness of the College.
The ideal candidate will have relevant qualification, knowledge and skill in Human Resources and an appreciation of the importance of safeguarding in an educational setting. We are looking for an experienced HR professional who has the gravitas and ability to motivate and drive a number of improvements in our key services and processes at a time of important change and opportunity.
You should be a strong communicator with the ability to engage and influence colleagues at all levels within the organisation and make a real difference to the College’s Human Resources Department.
