Current Opportunity - Director of Finance and Corporate Services- ADA
AoC - Executive Recruitment are delighted to be supporting Ada with the appointment of a new Director of Finance and Corporate Services
Ada, National College for Digital Skills is moving from its start-up to scale up phase. Having opened its doors in September 2016, the College now educates 275 students and apprentices with a further 100 enrolling in Autumn 2019. Almost 50% are from socially disadvantaged backgrounds and just under a third are young women. There are over 20 nationalities represented. With a solid first Ofsted inspection under their belt and achieving a small surplus for the first time in 19/20, Ada have laid the foundations for longer term success.
The college are now seeking a new Director of Finance and Corporate Services to lead a high-performing team to new heights and provide the support and guidance needed to help Ada begin to scale its impact over the next 3 years and beyond. They are searching for a talented finance professional with experience of broader operational management. The appointed candidate will also champion for Ada’s unique mission and have a passion for supporting young people to succeed, especially young women and those from tougher backgrounds.
