Current Opportunity: Senior HR Partner - Swindon College
AoC Create is delighted to support Swindon College with the appointment of a Senior HR Partner
Swindon College are a progressive medium sized general further education college based in the centre of Swindon with great links to London, Reading and Bristol. They offer one of the widest ranges of full-time courses in the area with a mix of learning and training; preparing students both for employment and for university study.
Their vision is to be a sustainable and inclusive college and one that truly supports our fast developing community.
With energetic new leadership, solid finances and renewed invigoration and direction, the college is now well placed for the next steps on its journey.
In this leading role, you will be an experienced and confident practitioner, able to self-manage a range of activities spanning Employee Relations, change projects, learning and development and wider organisational design.
Working with and supporting colleagues, we aim to uncover your strengths and align you to an interesting portfolio of work and projects. We are open to new ideas and ways of working so your creativity and ability to define and design innovative approaches to people management will be advantageous.
