Bradford College is a leading provider of Further and Higher Education, with a vision of creating a better future for all through education, enterprise and employment.
Situated in the heart of Bradford, a city full of diversity and culture, the College places people and communities at the centre of its values.
Working with a dedicated team and reporting to the Board, you will be instrumental in connecting our performance and culture, challenging the perception of people management and empowering managers with the knowledge, skills and tools they need to raise expectations and performance. The college are already providing significant investment in our staff and look to continue this!
To be successful in this role you would need the knowledge and confidence to guide and influence the college’s leadership, and add value to its decision-making. You will understand and give authority to policy and processes that impact a diverse workforce, seeking input and support from relevant committees and groups. Using your balanced judgement and keen negotiating skills you will ensure positive outcomes to challenges that arise.
