Current Opportunity: Deputy Principal Curriculum and Quality - Waltham Forest College
Waltham Forest College have recently created a new Deputy Principal Curriculum and Quality post to prioritise excellence in our students’ learning, skills development and overall experience. Working closely with our new Principal and CEO to raise aspiration and opportunity across our community, the Deputy Principal will lead on the development and delivery of the curriculum, ensuring that it is innovative, inclusive and responsive to community needs. The new post holder will also lead on quality improvement and assurance across all provision in college and in the workplace, ensuring that we deliver consistently excellent results. Proactive relationship building and horizon scanning will also be of key importance, to enable the successful growth and diversification of our offer.
The successful candidate will demonstrate high-level leadership skills, with significant experience of leading Teaching, Learning and Assessment within an FE college. You should have a demonstrable track record of impact on student performance and student experience, along with experience of leading innovative curriculum development and delivery. The ability to inspire at all levels and foster a culture of high aspiration is of key importance, as is an enthusiasm to develop strong external relationships and work collaboratively with partners.

First round interviews will take place via video conference in the week commencing Monday 25 June 2018
Final selection will take place in the college on Thursday 5 and Friday 6 July 2018
