- Virtual timetable of health, wellbeing and fitness sessions launched
Virtual timetable of health, wellbeing and fitness sessions launched
A live online timetable of health, wellbeing and fitness sessions has been put together by AoC Sport to keep students and staff active while staying at home.
We have coordinated this timetable to showcase how the further education sector has adapted to the current situation and ensured that student and staff health and wellbeing remains a priority. Using content delivered by AoC Sport, colleges, our higher education partners and sponsors we have created a timetable of live sessions to suit every person’s ability, time-frame and interests.
We will be delivering free live fitness sessions twice a week hosted on our Facebook page by four of our best and most experienced World Skills Fitness Trainer Alumni.
The personal trainers will be working on a two-week rotation as follows:
Jack is a former Loughborough College student who won gold in the AoC Sport Gym Instructor Competition in 2015 and bronze in the WorldSkills UK Fitness Trainer Competition 2016. Jack currently works at a personal trainer in Loughborough and is an expert in all aspects of fitness and nutrition. He works with a wide range of clients including professional footballers, executive professionals and clients with physical disabilities.
