Current Opportunity: Partnership Director - London Sixth Form Partnership
AoC Create is currently recruiting to the post of Partnership Director at London Sixth Form Partnership.
The London Sixth Form Partnership came into being in the Summer of 2016. Its existence is born of the belief that co-operation and the sharing of experience and expertise between institutions offer a more fruitful prospect of quality improvement than isolationism or competition. The Partnership seeks to draw upon the wisdom and enthusiasm of its five member colleges, all stand-alone institutions, keen to improve both the educational experience of students and the job satisfaction of staff through co-operation and collective endeavour.
Their new Partnership Director will demonstrate a commitment to raising standards and aspirations in teaching and learning. You will be an ambassador for collaborative working, set high standards and be able to motivate staff at all levels to effect quality improvement.
This post provides a real opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping the future of a group of colleges and make a key impact on learners’ outcomes. If this sounds like the type of challenge you can embrace then we would love to hear from you.

Closing date for applications is Monday 13 August 2018.
