Current Opportunity - Group Principal and Chief Executive - The Windsor Forest Colleges Group
AoC - Executive Recrutiment are excited to be supporting The Windsor Forrest Colleges Group with the appointment of a new Group Principal and Chief Executive.
Following a successful merger and consolidation work, the current postholder is moving on and the college are now seeking their next leader who will be instrumental in driving the college forward on the next stage of its journey.
This is a truly exciting time to join the college. The college serves vibrant and diverse communities in Surrey, Berkshire and Greater London through the provision of excellent sixth form education at Windsor College and Strode’s College (Egham), and innovative technical education at Langley College.
The successful candidate will be passionate about giving students the best possible education and will have a strong track record of delivering impressive results with evidence of effective high-level relationship building. A strong communicator, the new post-holder will possess the gravitas and ability to engage and influence all stakeholders, and understand the key strategic drivers required to ensure organisational success.
