AoC - Executive Recrutiment team are excited to be supporting Plumpton College with the appointment of a new Curriclum Manager - Equine and Adventure Education and Sport. ‘Equine and Adventurous Education’ is a key curriculum offering at Plumpton College and this role as Curriculum Manager is an exciting opportunity to shape and further develop the provision to meet the needs of our growing student population. Reporting to the Head of Faculty, you will lead a dedicated team delivering the best possible experience to students through consistently good and outstanding teaching standards and services. You will ensure students make positive progress towards their timely success, future study and employment. This role combines operational management, and an opportunity to adopt innovative approaches to developing and delivering curriculum and working with the equine, adventure education and sport sectors. Delivering a range of programmes from Level 1 to degree courses, the ideal candidate will have previous experience of managing a dynamic and motivated team, and have extensive specialist knowledge along with relevant professional and teaching qualifications.
