Salary: £51,662 – £63,524 pa
With a turnover of £22m and c.10,000 learners, Wirral Metropolitan College is the largest provider of 16-18 education, adult education, training and apprenticeships in Wirral. Operating from four sites, including our new £11m Wirral Waters campus, we are a financially strong college working towards our vision of becoming Outstanding.
We are currently seeking to appoint an Assistant Principal Quality Assurance to join our Senior Leadership Team. Reporting directly to the Principal, you will play a significant part in driving quality improvement across the curriculum through the continuous development of a robust quality framework. In addition you will be instrumental in implementing a robust staff development policy, championing high quality teaching, learning and assessment across the college.
The successful candidate will have a passion for excellence and a proven track record of delivering significant quality improvement in previous organisations. You will be adept at managing relationships and, as college Ofsted Nominee, you will need to demonstrate previous involvement in the inspection process and a sound understanding of both self-assessment and data.
