Current Opportunity - Principal - Highlands College, Jersey

AoC Executive Recruitment are happy to be supporting Highlands College, Jersey with the appointment of a new Principal.
An exciting and strategically significant position has arisen within the Government of Jersey and in the Skills and Learning Directorate for a principal at Highlands College and University College Jersey. The Government of Jersey has high aspirations for building a world-class education system of which Highlands College and University College Jersey is a key part.
Following the retirement of the principal of Highlands College, the Government of Jersey are seeking an inspirational leader who will further build on the colleges strong foundations. A credible ambassador for technical and vocational education locally, within the Channel Islands, regionally, nationally and internationally, the new post-holder will demonstrate an innovative approach, ensuring that the college is effectively positioned to make the most of future opportunities for their community. The new Principal will continue to develop high-profile relationships with the business community to ensure the college achieve maximum impact on the Island’s economy.
