Current Opportunity: Senior Business Intelligence Analyst - Swindon College
AoC Create is delighed to support Swindon College with the appointment of a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst
In this exciting role the college invites you to review and challenge how the college does things.
This new role is a senior and key member of the MIS team who will lead on the production of accurate and meaningful data reports – vital for Governors, the Senior Leadership team and operational managers to make critical decisions for Learners.
You’ll have the agility and confidence to navigate complex data sets, be responsive to customer need and proven success evaluating and adapting data reporting to provide improved insights.
Providing business intelligence to your internal customers you’ll be required to have a calm, methodical and personable approach. Comfortable with your ability to quickly develop your knowledge of our FE and College specific systems, you’ll quickly adapt to make this role your own in partnership with our Head of MIS. To support you, we offer mentorship, strong professional supervision, and a truly supportive and friendly peer network ready to assist you to achieve.
Further Education is not essential but we are looking for someone who is keen to work in an environment which makes a difference to the lives of others and really help us drive MIS forward.
There is also the option (after you feel fully engaged in the role and College), to work with a flexible location which supports some homeworking.
