- AoC response to BIS consultation on banning exclusivity clauses
AoC response to BIS consultation on banning exclusivity clauses
19th June 2019
In August 2014, the Department for Business Innovation and Skills (BIS) launched the formal consultation on employers potentially sidestepping the exclusivity clause ban in zero hour contracts. AoC has collated feedback and responded to the consultation on behalf of member colleges. Thank you to all colleges that took the time to provide feedback on this topic.
