AoC Create are supporting Barnfield College in the recruitment of a Director of Funding & Management Information
Barnfield College is on a journey to reclaim the excellence it once enjoyed. With a new board, Principal, management team and three year development plan, we have set out and agreed a clear vision of our future. To join us on that exciting journey we are looking for exceptional individuals who can shine and be part of an exceptional team.
We are currently seeking a proactive and results-focused Director of Funding and Management Information to strategically oversee the college’s management information and data recording systems to ensure timely and efficient reporting, returns and funding applications. You will positively impact the college’s success through ensuring the highest level of information is provided across key remits, such as learner applications, performance, funding and progression, while initiating and implementing enhancements to systems and processes. You will lead, inspire and develop a successful team while providing impactful advice to governors and senior leaders on funding streams, data reporting and performance improvement.
Our successful candidate will have robust experience of leading on funding and data systems within a further education setting, with a sound understanding of post-14 qualifications and funding frameworks. The ability to lead and embed system development and performance improvement is of paramount performance, as are strong communication and influencing skills. Ability to think strategically and develop a successful team should be combined with a hands-on, pragmatic approach.
This role represents an excellent opportunity not only to play a pivotal role in transforming our college but also to develop your own career in a fast paced, progressive environment.
