Employment Policy Group
Aim of the group
The primary aim of the group is to contribute to the development of AoC policy on matters relating to the employment, organisational design and development and the attraction and development of future talent within the sector.
The group will support the lobbying actions of AoC through consultation, development of policy and position statements on behalf of members and provide guidance to inform and advise AoC and national agencies on the implementation of policy on all matters relating to employment and career development within the sector.
The group will seek to maintain a positive climate nationally for industrial relations and lead on national negotiations cycle in relation to key aspects of employment.
