Director of Curriculum
Salary: c.£52,000
Organisation: Hugh Baird College
Location: Liverpool
Closing Date: 27 May 2024
Hugh Baird College is seeking an innovative Director of Curriculum who possesses a key focus on excellence in teaching and learning and embedding a culture of high expectations.
In this vital post, you will prioritise the delivery of a consistently high-quality curriculum leading to high levels of student achievement and attainment and meeting identified skills needs across the locality and Liverpool City Region.
Reporting directly to the Deputy Principal, you will be responsible for delivering the strategic development of the curriculum, and as such you will be passionate in leading innovation in curriculum design. Above all, learners will be at the heart of every decision you make - ensuring each student has the best opportunity to succeed and progress.
This really is a fantastic opportunity to drive a truly inclusive student-focused agenda. If you join our team, you will be working with enthusiastic and dedicated colleagues who put students at the heart of everything they do, and you will be encouraged and supported to achieve your full potential.
We are not stipulating subject curriculum areas for this role; we are flexible to consider leaders from all curriculum areas providing they are driven to delivering excellence and committed to embedding an inclusive and aspirational environment.
