AoC - Executive Recruitment team are delighted to be supporting City of Bristol College with the appointment of a new Principal and Chief Executive
City of Bristol College is on the brink of significant transformation and success. A large further and higher education college offering a wide range of academic and vocational programmes across four main centres, they are committed to creating lifetime opportunities across their communities, while enhancing local prosperity. The college is based at the heart of a vibrant, economically robust city which prioritises education and skills through its visionary Learning City strategy.
Following a challenging period for the college, City of Bristol College are currently on a positive turnaround journey with significant successes already achieved
They are seeking a new Principal and Chief Executive who will play a strategic role in positioning the college as the jewel in the crown of their dynamic city. The new leader will raise the college’s external profile with key stakeholders across the city and beyond, developing strong relationships with business, city and community partners and ensuring that opportunities for development and growth are maximised. Key to success will be ensuring ongoing high-quality provision and financial sustainability, while developing and motivating a talented senior leadership team and inspiring their workforce.
