GDPR model documents for colleges
From Friday 25 May 2018, General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) will be enforced by data protection regulators across Europe. It will change how businesses and public sector organisations can handle the information of their customers for better data management. Non-compliance to the new rules can cost organisations dearly, this is why it’s important that we all regulate the way manage our data.
AoC have worked with law-firm, Irwin Mitchel to produce GDPR compliant resources that member colleges can use free of charge to help make sure that the rules are being followed, protecting your organisation, and your data subject.
The model documents are available here
