Electrotechnical Trailblazer Apprenticeship - Assessment Plan Consultation

Many of you contributed to the consultation on the Electrotechnical Trailblazer Standard in February 2014. Thank you for that. Following amendments as a result of the consultation the Standard was submitted and approved by the Minister in March. The Development Group, consisting of the original employers and now also involving Awarding Organisations and Training Providers, would now like you to consider the intended approach toward assessment – the Assessment Plan. The Assessment Plan and related consultation documents can be downloaded from the IET website. Please read through before starting the survey. Following responses and possible resulting amendments the Assessment Plan will be submitted to BIS for final approval and then the Apprenticeship will be available for use. Please note this consultation is about the Assessment Plan, it is not about funding of apprenticeships or revising the Standard. The survey should take around 5-10 minutes to complete.
