Current Opportunity - Director of Quality and Registry
AoC - Executive Recrutiment are excited to be supporting Plumpton College with the appointment of a new Director of Quality and Registry.
Plumpton College have been on an upward trajectory in terms of quality, growth and profile for the last four years, and are developing a national reputation for their progressive approach. The College are achieving and maintaining consistently impressive outcomes, and their income has recently grown by around £3m, in line with increased student numbers and a broader, more innovative curriculum offer which meets the needs of local and regional stakeholders.
The Director of Quality and Registry will implement and oversee the College’s strategic and operational academic related functions for Teaching and Learning, Quality Assurance and Improvement, and Registry (Student Records) across all provision types, including FE (14-19 and Adults), HE, and apprenticeships. The post holder will be responsible for ensuring that all of these functions are geared towards supporting our teaching staff and managers to be the best they can be in their student facing roles.
