Dispute resolution regarding students with SEND and their families Webinar 2024

This session will cover what reasonable adjustments need to be made for students with SEND regarding their learning and behaviour; what might constitute discrimination on grounds of disability; and how to operate fitness to study and behavioural polices lawfully. The session will also discuss how to respond to inappropriate behaviour by students’ family members towards college staff. We will be joined by Roger Inman of Stone King solicitors. A recognised national specialist in special educational needs law, Roger also works as a judge in the SEN Tribunal in addition to his role at Stone King.
