AoC Learning Week 2024

AoC Learning Week returns on Monday 8^th to Friday 12th July. Last year, over 3,000 college staff participated and we’re looking forward to another packed week full of practical CPD sessions for FE staff to support their development.

AoC Learning Week features bitesize, interactive training sessions to choose from, led by our expert facilitators. The ticket is £300 + VAT per member college and that one fee gives access to all college staff to attend as many sessions as they wish. It’s a fantastic opportunity for college staff to gain new ideas, share best practice and experience the range of training AoC has to offer. There will be up to four virtual sessions each day so you can embed them into your own staff CPD which you may be doing at your organisation.

The sessions include topics suitable for teaching, management and support staff and personal development for all.

Topics covered will include:

• Managing challenging student behaviours
• Equality and the power of language
• Financial wellbeing for students
• Curriculum thinking
• And many more for managers and teaching staff.

NEW for 2024: This year's event will include the policy hour. On each day, there will be a session on one of the key sector policy topics affecting colleges. More details to follow soon.
