Submitting Access and Participation Plans Webinar 2024
Venue: Online
Date: 2 May 2024
Time: 10:00 AM - 12:15 PM
Fee: Free for AoC Members
Registered providers that are looking to charge the higher fees but did not take part in ‘wave one’ may be required to submit new access and participation plans in 2024 as part of wave two. The OfS would have contacted you letting you know if you do need to submit this year and a list of all wave two providers are available on the OfS website: How and when to submit a plan - Office for Students.
This webinar will provide an opportunity to hear from the Office for Students (OfS) on the key priority areas OfS expects providers to address when submitting their APPs. Attendees will also hear from two colleges that participated in Wave One. Dr Jo Kear, Director of HE from South Gloucestershire Colleges Group and another college (tbc) who will share some of their practical experiences from Wave One. There will be plenty of time for questions and discussion.
OfS recently held webinars on this subject, we recommend you watch the recordings available here https://www.officeforstudents.org.uk/news-blog-and-events/events/2025-26-access-and-participation-plans-webinars-for-providers-and-students/, so the webinar can be used to focus on areas that have not been covered elsewhere by the OfS.
