Catherine Sykes

Catherine is an experienced Governance Professional and National Leader of Governance (NLG), currently leading governance at Hull College, where she supported the College out of intervention and strengthened board effectiveness. As Chair of the AoC Governance Professionals regional network and active contributor to national governance development, Catherine brings sector-wide perspective, regulatory insight, and a reflective, improvement-focused approach to board reviews. She holds a Postgraduate Diploma (Level 7) in Further Education Governance.
