The key responsibilities of the AoC Charitable Trust Board are to set the Trust's strategic direction, to oversee and monitor its implementation, to oversee the Beacon Awards, Student of the Year Awards, and Gold Awards for college alumni, and to ensure the Trust's financial solvency.
