AoC Early Career and Experienced Managers' Programme
Middle leaders play a critical role in delivering quality education but many step into these roles without the structured support they need.
This programme develops confident, capable middle managers at every stage of their career. Shaped by sector insights, including recent AoC research, and designed with experienced FE trainers, it provides a practical and affordable approach to leadership development.
Develop Confident, High-Impact Middle Leaders in Your College
The programme consists of three core modules and is designed for middle managers, both new and experienced, to develop their skills and competencies.
- Module one: The critically reflective manager
- Module two: Managing people and performance
- Module three: Resilience and wellbeing
In addition to the core units, we have four optional modules which colleges can choose to add on to their programme.
Who is this programme for?
