Current Opportunity: Assistant Principal: Cross College Curriculum and Student Voice - Telford College
AoC Create is delighted to support Telford College with the appointment of an Assistant Principal: Cross College Curriculum and Student Voice.
Telford College is a large General Further Education provider nestled in the county of Shropshire, 30 miles north-west of Birmingham, the college boasts over 70 different industries of choice, and ultra-modern campus facilities.
Following the merger in 2017 the college has gone from strength to strength. With finances on an upward trajectory, improved achievement rates and engagement with students, good links with employers and state of the art facilities, it is an exciting time to join the college as they consolidate their senior leadership team.
In this varied role you will have strategic responsibility for cross college curriculum delivery and be responsible for the provision of excellent, professional and proactive student services, as well as undertaking the role of Lead Designated Safeguarding Officer.
You will be a passionate and experienced individual with a strong curriculum track record with excellent leadership skills and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. You will also have an understanding of the safeguarding agenda and experience of making safeguarding decisions.
