Current Opportunity: Principal and Chief Executive - Hugh Baird College
AoC - Executive Recruitment team are delighted to be supporting Hugh Baird College with the appointment of a new Principal and Chief Executive
Hugh Baird College is one of the largest and leading providers of education and training in Liverpool and Merseyside, with an income of c£23m, an ‘Outstanding’ financial health rating and graded ‘Good’ by Ofsted in 2018. The college has received several accolades following investment in their state-of-the-art learning spaces, which include their purpose-built University Centre, flagship restaurant, and unique enterprise village. These include achieving TEF Gold Status and a Highly Commended award from the AA College Rosette Scheme for our L20 Hotel School and Restaurant.
They are now seeking a new Principal & Chief Executive who will lead us on their journey to Outstanding whilst ensuring that a high-quality curriculum serves the needs of their community and that their teaching and learning constantly strives for excellence. A strong ambassador internally and externally, the new Principal & Chief Executive will demonstrate an innovative approach, ensuring that the college is effectively positioned to make the most of future opportunities at local, regional and national levels.
