Current Opportunity - Head of HR - St Brendan's Sixth Form College
AoC - Executive Recrutiment are excited to be supporting St Brendan's Sixth Form College with the appointment of a new Head of HR.
St Brendan’s Sixth Form College is a highly aspirational college situated in the south of Bristol in an exceptional modern campus setting, and serves both the city and a wide surrounding area including Bath, and parts of Somerset, South Gloucestershire and Wiltshire.
The college are currently seeking to appoint a new Head of HR who will be part of the relatively new senior management team advising on and driving the People strategy.
The college are looking for someone who has a collaborative leadership style and is able to build strong working relationships, providing a professional and supportive advice service to all levels of staff in the college. Proven experience of delivering high quality HR generalist support to a range of stakeholders and dealing with complex employee caseloads is essential. The new post-holder will also have an understanding of employee forums and/or unions as well as implementing change management albeit on a small scale.
