Current Opportunity - Governor (Finance/Audit) - DN Colleges Group

The DN Colleges Group was formed in November 2017 following the successful merger of Doncaster College and North Lindsey College in the Yorkshire and Humber area. It's vision is to provide high-quality learning for the local community and focus on contributing to the economic growth of the region. The Group is now seeking a new Governor to complement the skills of a newly formed Board, and are interested in individuals with expertise in Finance/Audit. You are not required to have Governor or Education sector experience, though you should have a passion and interest. You will also benefit from a well-supported induction and training programme. Please note that meetings are held at both sites in Doncaster and Scunthorpe. You will have extensive experience in a senior relevant role, experience of working strategically in a complex organisation, and a track record of outstanding achievements. DN Colleges Group is open to a wide range of sector backgrounds be it private or public sector as well as individuals who are recently retired.
