AoC Create is currently recruiting to the post of Finance and Corporate Services Director at Bath College. Reporting to the Principal & Chief Executive, the Finance Director will develop and implement financial strategies to ensure the college’s financial strength is maintained, while playing a key role in driving and delivering the Business Plan and maximising opportunities for growth. The college are looking for a qualified accountant with a track record of financial planning and control and of delivering results at the highest level within a challenging environment, using excellent networking and influencing skills to establish effective working relationships with senior management colleagues, Governors, the broader organisation, and with local, regional and national partners.
