AoC Create is currently recruiting to the post of Assistant Principal- Adults and Higher Education at Kirklees College. A major organisational change programme has resulted in a new curriculum management structure and the college is now seeking two strong, innovative leaders to shape and align their strategy in order to champion high quality teaching, learning and assessment, deliver outstanding results and learner experience. As part of the Senior Leadership Team, we will expect you to work with skill, pace and commitment. You will be leading on the all key aspects of the curriculum for a number of faculties, in addition to taking on the strategic responsibility across college for Adults and HE as applicable to each role.
