National Talent Academy offer a comprehensive, online and self-led program to develop essential work skills to help give learners a better future. The program includes four online units, with NCFE endorsed certificates generated for each completed unit. On completion, learners submit their coursework to gain an NCFE accredited Level 3 Award in Essential Work Skills creating learners who are: self-confident, proactive, competent public speakers, financially literate, aware of their strongest portable skill and owners of a high quality video CV.
