AoC Estates Conference 2027

This online AoC conference is focused directly and exclusively on colleges estates, capital funding and property issues. College estates directors and managers have decades of experience managing their buildings to a high standard but do so in a world where the rules and funding keep changing. 

In the last 12 months we have seen a national annual condition survey, new estate management standards and mayoral authorities take responsibility for part of college capital budget. In the next 12 months, we will have further funding rounds, a government pushing devolution further, new planning rules and the full implementation of Martyn's law. 

Student demand, new courses and shifts in working practices keep adding to the pressure on estates teams to do more just as budget, building deterioration and changing regulations make it harder than ever to stand still.
