Sacha Deshmukh, Leadership Coach, Former CEO, UNICEF UK and Amnesty International UK
Sacha Deshmukh is an experienced leader and business strategy expert who has led high-profile organisations in politically complex, sensitive and high-risk environments. He has served as CEO of Unicef UK, Amnesty International UK and Smart Energy GB, as well as Chair of War Child and Executive Director of the Parliamentary and Health Service Ombudsman.
With a background spanning corporate reputation, international affairs, public policy and organisational transformation, Sacha advises and speaks on how geopolitical developments shape strategy, decision-making and leadership. Drawing on experience across the UN, international courts, government and the NGO sector, he explores how organisations can navigate uncertainty, scrutiny and intense media attention.
Sacha studied Social and Political Sciences and International Relations at Cambridge University. He began his career in corporate communications before leading MHP Group’s corporate reputation division for nine years.
