Clare Boden-Hatton has over 20 years’ experience leading change in employment and skills delivery. She is responsible for the development and implementation of policy and strategy relating to the West Midlands Combined Authority priorities on employment, skills and communities, which includes successfully delivering £170m of employment and skills training across the region. Clare manages key stakeholder relationships with local partners and government departments, working collaboratively to shape and develop support for residents, businesses and communities to address inequality, drive up skill levels and support inclusive growth in the West Midlands.
