St Helens College - Results Day Successes
Level 3 Extended Diploma in Uniformed Protective Services student, Josh is celebrating his incredible D*D*D grades today!
Josh, who joined St Helens College from Cowley International College, said: “I have always been interested in forensic science and this course was a great opportunity to explore this more and see how I can turn it into a career.”
He added: “I’ve made some great friends and had lots of amazing experiences from climbing Snowdon to taking part in a hydrosuite scenario at a police station. I have achieved D*D*D on my course, and I can’t wait to go to my first-choice university, Liverpool John Moores University to study forensic and analytical science.”
Chloe has achieved an impressive D*D*D* after completing the Level 3 Extended Diploma in Uniformed Protective Services and is progressing on to Liverpool Hope University to study Criminology!
Chloe, who joined St Helens College from St Cuthberts Catholic High School, said: “I am so proud to have achieved D*D*D* on my course. I’ve loved every minute, especially the amazing trips we got to go on and taking part in the fitness modules. The tutors are so supportive too and have amazing industry links. I feel ready to go to university.”
Level 3 Early Years students and best friends, Katie, Lauren, Sophie and Millie are all celebrating today after achieving fantastic grades.
A* student, Katie, is looking forward to progressing to Edge Hill University to study primary education alongside her friend Lauren, who also achieved top grade, A! They both aspire to be Primary School Teachers in the future.
Meanwhile students, Millie and Sophie, who also proudly achieved a grade A, are keen to continue working in the sector, with Millie securing employment with Little Einstein’s Nursery as a Nursery Practitioner, where she completed her work placement alongside her course, and Sophie with her sights set on becoming a Teaching Assistant.
