Congratulations on becoming a This Girl Can Ambassador!

You’re now a part of a group of students who are all about making a difference and getting more girls at your college active.

As a This Girl Can Ambassador, your role can take many shapes. You could be an activist, a coach, an influencer, or a supporter. No matter which path you take, we have resources available on this webpage.

You’ll also have access to the Engaging Teenage Girls in Sport and Physical Activity course which will take you deep into the world of teenage girls and their attitudes towards being active. Plus, you'll learn how to make sport and physical activity more inclusive for all types of girls. When you finish the course, you'll earn a certificate and two CIMSPA points.

We Like The Way You Move
This Girl Can is on a mission to narrow the gender activity gap.

Since its launch in January 2015, it has inspired over four million women to engage in physical activity.

We’ve stood for all women, celebrated all backgrounds, all bodies and all journeys.

But there is more work to be done.  

We know that the women who face the greatest barriers to exercise often have the most to gain from it.
