Open Golf Championships 25-26
In collaboration with the Intercollegiate Tour (ICT), we are excited to offer a unified, high-quality competitive golf experience for colleges and FE providers across the UK. This year, we’re hosting six regional events, co-organised by AoC Sport and ICT, where teams and individuals will have the chance to qualify for the prestigious Intercollegiate/ AoC Sport Tour National Finals.
Format
The following competitions will take place at each event: –
- Men’s and women’s individual gross score
- Men’s and women’s individual net score
- Team competition (best 3 gross scores from four players from the same institution)

The ICT AoC Sport Finals will be held at Sherwood Forest Golf Club on 7 - 8 May 2026
Criteria
The event is open to both teams of four and individual golfers with a golfing handicap index of 20.0 or less, (validated with a CDH number) upon entry. Players with a handicap index above 18.4 will use an index of 18.4 to calculate their playing handicap for each event

Costings and Entry
The cost per student for each event is £30 and this will cover the cost of tee times and admin for each event.
