AoC Sport work with a range of employer bodies including CIMSPA, ukactive and the Sport and Recreation Alliance. These relationships and networks allow us to develop relationships with employers to help us understand employment patterns but also to advocate the role colleges can play in supporting their workforce and also developing the workforce of the future through work placement opportunities and co-creation of study programmes.
