The badminton event will take place at the place at University of Nottingham in the Jubilee Sports Hall on Saturday and Sunday.

The competition will be played in a team format consisting of 5 rubbers:

• Men's singles 
• Women's singles
• Men's doubles
• Women's doubles
• Mixed doubles

The Multi Terrain Endurance Run will take place on Friday and Saturday. 

Friday, 17 April 2026 between 2pm and 4pm

• Mixed team relay.
• 3 men and 3 women per team
• 1k per runner
• Regions can enter more than one team but only top finishing team per region scores Wilkinson Sword points

Saturday, 18 April 2026

On Saturday there will be a men's and women's race of a minimum of 5km.  Regions can enter / bring up to 12 men and 12 women and the top 6 men and top 6 women count as point scorers for their region

9:30am - Registration

10:00am - Technical meeting / race briefing

10:15am - Walk the course

11:30am - Women's race commences

12:15pm - Men's race commences

AoC Sport will provide its usual multi terrain handbook with routes etc shortly.

Men's and women's football matches will take place at Highfields Playing Fields, on grass pitches.

The Pan Disability football competition will take place at the David Ross Sports Village on 3G pitches. Metal studs will not be permitted on the 3G surface, only moulded studs or astros may be worn.
