Project Title (Give your project a short, catchy name)

What do you want to achieve?💡 Example: “Increase physical activity opportunities for students who don’t usually join college sports.

2. Target Group Who is this project for? (e.g. students, local schools, disabled participants, a specific age group)

3. Key Activities What will you actually do? (List 3–4 main actions)

4. Resources Needed What will you need to make it happen? People/Equipment/Facilities/Space

5. Impact – Why It Matters How will your project make a difference?
6. Funding Ask (Optional) If applying for funding, what would you need money for?

Top Tips

  • Keep it simple — one clear goal is better than five.
  • Make it realistic — what could you actually deliver in your college?
  • Think about impact — how will people feel or benefit after taking part?
