Online Equity Exchange: Single Sex Services – Practical Considerations for Colleges webinar

This online session will explore practical implications and focus on how colleagues are responding to the changes.

Recognising that many colleagues are working through complex, sensitive and sometimes competing considerations, the session will create an opportunity for participants to share experiences, explore emerging issues, learn from one another and build confidence in responding to local circumstances. The session will be conducted in a spirit of professional curiosity  and peer learning. The aim is not to arrive at a single approach, but to support practitioners and leaders to make informed, proportionate and values-based decisions within their own institutional contexts. The discussion as ever will be grounded in a commitment to legal compliance, dignity, safety, wellbeing and inclusion for all members of the college community.
