Streamlining regulation of HE at colleges webinar: what does it mean in practice?

OfS has recently set out its approach to simplification of regulatory requirements for colleges, which incudes disapplication of certain conditions of registration for colleges that do not have Degree Awarding Powers of their own. While conditions E1 and E2 will be disapplied, OfS is consulting on introducing new conditions of registration E11 and E12 on free speech that will apply to colleges, and as part of a renewed approach to regulating quality, it will become mandatory for OfS registered colleges to participate in TEF. This webinar will focus on the practical aspects of disapplication of conditions such as E1 and E2 for colleges and on the next steps in streamlining regulation for FECs. There will be an opportunity to hear from a senior OfS speaker and ask questions.
